Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on tax consequences of business sale transactions
- Provide guidance on tax implications of real estate sale and other transactions
- Work with a team of professionals to meet client needs and strategic growth initiatives
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional service

Qualifications:
- Two or more years of experience in transactional tax services with a law firm or public accounting firm
- Strong writing, oral communication, and analytical skills
- Passion for client service
- Accounting degree, CPA, and/or LLM preferred
