Education and Experience Information:
Basic Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of legal experience.
- Juris Doctor degree and membership in one state bar or equivalent.

- Experience in a mix of corporate law firm and in-house roles.
- Experience in web services/cloud computing, software licensing, telecommunications, or equivalent fields.
- Experience managing multiple projects and meeting aggressive deadlines.
- Knowledge of export control and strategic control laws.
- Ability to research, analyze, and summarize existing and forthcoming regulations while succinctly communicating their business impact.
- Ability to work independently, decisively, and creatively.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to provide practical and business-oriented legal advice in a fast-paced environment, even in ambiguous situations.
