Executive Division Special Counsel - Protecting the Rights of New Yorkers
Salary Range: $81,159 - $173,265 + $3,400 location pay

Introduction:
- Seeking highly motivated and experienced litigators for the Federal Initiatives team in the Executive Division
- Position is in the New York City office
- Will join and lead litigation teams protecting the rights of New Yorkers
- Focus on federal actions, laws, and regulations that impact immigrants’ rights, LGBTQ rights, workers’ rights, climate change, reproductive health, healthcare and public health, economic equity, racial equity, and discrimination
Qualifications:
- At least 7 years of post-graduate civil litigation experience in federal and New York state courts
- Experience handling constitutional litigation and actions under the Administrative Procedure Act
- Experience coordinating with broad-based litigation teams
- Excellent legal analysis, legal writing and editing, and oral advocacy skills
- Experience building and maintaining coalitions
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary range for this position is $81,159 - $173,265 + $3,400 in location pay

Job Responsibilities:
