What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
First things first, do not disrespect your staff.We don't have to take it; we can and will, if you don't change, find a new firm. Improve bonuses for those who prove themselves.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
There is flexibility with management and the other staff is great. I've had to change hours in short notice and had no issue. The benefits and work family balance are all great.

What did you not like about this institution?
At times I and the other staff felt underappreciated and downright disrespected by HR. Bonuses are not great at all.
